Join Our Front of House Team at Rogan & Co

We’re looking for a Waiter / Waitress to join our front of house team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for hospitality who enjoys working in a quality-led restaurant and wants to develop their career within an award-winning restaurant group.

You’ll play an important role in delivering polished, attentive service while working closely with the wider team to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do

• Deliver warm, attentive and professional service throughout lunch and dinner

• Work closely with the front of house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Develop excellent knowledge of our menus, drinks and ingredients to confidently guide and engage guests

• Support and mentor junior members of the team

• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation

• Create memorable guest experiences that reflect our high standards of hospitality

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Passionate about food, drink and hospitality

• Friendly, professional and confident when engaging with guests

• A strong team player with excellent communication skills

• Committed to delivering consistently high standards

• Motivated to learn, develop and build a career in quality hospitality

Ideally, You'll Have

• Experience in a quality-led restaurant or hospitality environment

• Confidence working in a busy, service-focused setting

• Experience supporting or guiding junior team members

• Experience in Michelin, Rosette or similarly high-standard establishments would be an advantage, but is not essential
