L'Enclume

L’Enclume is Simon Rogan’s three-Michelin-starred and Michelin Green Star restaurant in Cartmel, housed in a former 13th-century blacksmith’s.

Led by Simon Rogan, Paul Burgalières and Alex Rothnie, the restaurant focuses on farm-to-table cooking, using seasonal, hyper-local ingredients grown at Our Farm and sourced from exceptional local producers.

The restaurant offers an evolving multi-course tasting menu for lunch and dinner, with a shorter seasonal lunch menu available midweek.
