Skof

Skof opened with 36 covers and an innovative 'Pass Table' where all guests dining from one of the two tasting menus are invited to take one course. The restaurant offers 12 and 16 course tasting menus at lunch and dinner, alongside a four-course lunch menu.

Skof was awarded its first Michelin star in February 2025 and has received multiple accolades, including Best New Restaurant from the Good Food Guide and recognition in SquareMeal’s T100 and the National Restaurant Awards’ T100. In June 2026, Skof was ranked No. 29 in the NRA T100.
