We pride ourselves on serving exceptional local and seasonal ingredients through our carefully curated tasting menus, delivering an outstanding experience for every guest. We are open five days a week for Dinner (Tuesday–Saturday) and Lunch (Wednesday–Saturday), and closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The Role:

We are recruiting for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Working closely with the Chef de Partie, you will support the running of a section, oversee daily preparation and service, and assist in guiding junior chefs and apprentices. You will help maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency and precision expected within a three‑star environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work with exceptional produce, learn from an experienced brigade, and develop your skills within a world‑class kitchen.

About You:
