Join Our Shop in the Quaint Village of Cartmel.

Our friendly Cartmel village shop is seeking a warm, energetic team member to greet customers, handle online orders and vouchers, and leave every visitor smiling.

We usually respond within three days

We’re recruiting a Weekend Shop Assistant to join our team at our fantastic shop in the heart of Cartmel. We offer a wide range of food and drink products, alongside kitchenware, crockery and glassware.

Applicants must be available to work weekends as part of our regular rota. Additional weekday shifts may be available during busier periods.

Our shop is open 5 days a week, 10:00 am–5:00 pm.

Key responsibilities include:

- Greeting and engaging with customers

- Operating the till and completing end-of-day cashing up

- Processing orders from our online shop, including vouchers, gift hampers and food products

- Keeping the shop well stocked, clean and tidy at all times

We’d love to hear from individuals with strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in food and drink.
