Receptionist

We are now looking for a friendly, professional and organised Receptionist to join our team in Cartmel. As one of the first points of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering the exceptional service and hospitality that we are known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing guest reservations using our booking systems

  • Welcoming guests and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures

  • Processing payments accurately

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and handling guest enquiries

  • Supporting the wider team to create exceptional guest experiences

About You

We're keen to hear from candidates who:

  • Have previous experience in a reception, reservations or customer-facing role

  • Are confident, organised and professional

  • Have strong customer service skills

  • Are comfortable using reservations or booking systems

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment

We're looking for a full-time and a part-time member of staff:

Full-Time – 45 hours per week (5 days)

Part-Time - 27 hours per week (3 days)

Shift patterns vary: 8:00 AM, to 5:00 PM and 9:00 AM, to 6:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday (every other Sunday)
